| NTR Plus Sunday & Monday Cup Division Overview. |
Overview:
Our goal here is to provide a short track racing league that will allow each and every member a means to win championships. We will crown monthly champions, keep a history of all races run and best of all provide a clean racing experience for all to enjoy. Our other series "TallyRally" has proven over the last 300 races offered, what racers want is a possibility to win a championship and not necessarily need to compete in every race offered. We have this to offer listed below are the general parameters we will be using in this series. Above, if interested click the join button.
When / Time:
Race Schedule: - Sundays & Mondays
Sunday - 1988 MOD Expert Fixed Setup
Monday - CUP MOD Expert Fixed Setup
Practice Start Time: - 9:00pm EDT
Race Start Time: - 10:00pm EDT
Iroc Race: - Last Sunday or Monday of the Month
All races will be held on the !NTRPLUS.COM server via Sierra.
The CUP Divsion Follows the Nextel CUP Schedule. Experts Setups
Race Length /Temperature / Wind:
Race Length: 45%
Temperature: 70 degrees
Wind: 0 mph
Format / Points System:
We race the Nextel Cup track schedule. There is a cumulative points page of all races run, and a monthly points page. There will be a monthly champion crowned every month.
With four or five Sundays & Mondays per month there is a four race minimum required in order to be crowned a Monthly Champion.
The last Monday in every month will be a Fixed Setup IROC Race. The only drivers allowed to race in this must have started at least 3 races in that month. The monthly Champion must run at least 1 lap in the IROC Race in order be crowned Monthly Champion.
The points System will be an average points per race system. This way a racer that misses a race due to prior plans will still be in the Championship hunt.
The total cumulative points page shall show each drivers average points per race. (for bragging rights)
