4.1 We use TeamSpeak for chat during the races. We have had as many as 30 racers on this voice chat program. It is not mandatory to race with TeamSpeak but just think of all spotters and great setup information that can be gained. 4.2 TeamSpeak installation instructions can be found here. Chat Installation.

4.2 TeamSpeak is up and running 24 hours a day, jump in anytime you wish. There is someone there almost all the time.

5. Carfiles and Car Numbers: 01/05/05
5.1 There are no duplicate car numbers permitted in any division

5.2 Driver's that have reserve monies in there donation account have secured car numbers.

5.3 Driver's that have no reserve monies in there donation account can lose there car number to any driver that requests it, as long as the requestor has reserve monies in his account.

5.4 In other words if you would like to change car numbers you can do so provided you have reserve monies in your donation account, and the car number is either not being used or the current number holder has no reserve in the donation account.

5.5 You may check available car numbers not being used, or with no reserve monies by checking the Donation Page. Any car number not listed or with zero funds in reserve are available.

5.6 Once you have chosen a new car number, please post a reply in this thread on the forum requesting the car number. Official Car Number Request Thread.

5.9 NTR plus has a Carfile Updater Program for the purpose of keeping your system up to date with current carfiles for all series. This program is available for download in your members area.

6. Membership Status: 02/10/05
6.1 As you can see we are a free league with a paid secured car number feature that allows us to re-coop some of the many dollars it takes to run a league of this size. Even with that we just can keep driver's on the active list with out any participation in the league. Below are the set the set criteria to stay active in TallyRally.

6.2 Any driver with no reserve funds in there donation account and has not raced in 30 days will be de-activated and required to re-signup for the league.

6.3 Any driver with reserve funds in there donation account and has not raced in 60 days will be de-activated and required to contact the league about being reactivated.

6.4 Any driver de-activated loses any rights to there car number until re-activated.

7. Protests / Incidents: 02/01/03
7.1 Located in the TallyRally Incident Forum, drivers may post what they feel to be an incident that should be reviewed.

8. Restarts / Results: 05/14/03
8.1 If the internet is shaky and there is time to restart the server prior to Qualifying, an admin may reboot the server and the race will count.

8.2 There will be no restarts of any race after qualifying has begun.

8.3 TallyRally scoring system is automated and tied to the website. The only official export used in TallyRally is generated from the server. If for any reason the server does not generate an export the race will not score. (1000+ races, only once has the server not created an export).

9. Field size: 2/01/03
9.1 The NTR Plus field size is on a first come first serving basis.

9.2 The TallyRally active invite list on the server will be held at approximately 100 drivers.

9.3 In order for a race to count toward points 10 racers must complete one lap.

10. Tally Rally Points System: 4/01/03
10.1 Here at NTR Plus we use an average monthly points system. You race when you like and as as often as you like. With this method a racer is still in the running if he can not make some races.

10.2 All races count toward monthly, yearly, and overall points.

10.3 Dropped races are only removed from the monthly points of the month they were dropped from. Dropped races count toward yearly and overall points.

10.4 In order to be considered a yearly overall points leader a 50 race minimum is required.

10.5 There is a 8 race minimum to be considered for the month ending IROC Race.

11. TallyRally Dropped Races: 06/01/03
11.1 In an attempt to discourage sandbagging TallyRally has a dropped race policy.

11.2 Any racer that runs 12 races may drop one race for that month

11.3 Any racer that runs 16 races may drop two races for that month.

11.4 Any racer that runs 20 races may drop three races for that month.

11.5 Any racer that runs every scored race in a given month may drop four races.

11.6 Races are dropped via a racers personal members area.

11.7 Once a racer has reached the amount of races run above they may drop the applicable amount of races at that time. As the month continues a racer may re-enter his members area at anytime and choose a different race(s) to drop.

11.8 All dropped races must be done prior to 30 minutes after the last scheduled race prior to the IROC Race.

12. TallyRally Monthly Champion / Iroc Race: 02/01/03
12.1 A eight race minimum is required to be included in the month ending IROC Race.

12.2 The IROC race will always be last day of the month. If the last day of the month is a Monday the race will be held on the preceding Sunday. The race will start at the normally scheduled TallyRally Race time. (No exceptions.)

12.3 The IROC Field is made up of the top 12 racers in the monthly average points.

12.4 There will be no alternates.

12.5 Prior to the IROC race being launched, there will be a updated personalized IROC Carset prepared for download.

12.6 Each of the 12 racers are to load the carfile number that corresponds with there place in the points standings. Make sure you load the carfile in you multiplayer section of player info.

12.7 The IROC Race will either be the game version of the Easy, Fast, or Expert setup.

12.8 The IROC Race will be random weather

12.9 Iroc points are based on the amount of races offered and the amount of racer a racer has competed in. The formula is, total races you raced divided by total races the league ran this determines the percentage of races you raced that month. We then take the amount of point you earned in the IROC race and multiply it by the percentage of races you ran. We take that result and add it to your IROC points. This becomes the amount point you get credit for this one race. Example: League had 24 races, you had 15 races, and got 155 points in the IROC Race. 15/25=.600 (60 percent), 155*.600=93 bonus points. 155+93=248 points for the IROC Race.

12.10 In order to be considered a monthly champion you must complete at least one lap in the IROC race and be the overall points leader after the IROC Race is completed.

12.11 The champions page will be updated the minute the IROC race completes.
